Common use of Errors and Omissions Clause in Contracts

Errors and Omissions. 9.1 Board errors and retroactive adjustments shall be the responsibility of the Board. 9.2 If an error is identified by a Board, notification must be made to the Trust Plan Administrator within seven (7) days of identification of the error. 9.3 Upon request by the Trust Plan Administrator, a Board shall provide all employment and member related information necessary to administer the provincial benefit plan(s). Such requests shall not be made more frequently than twice in any 12 month period. 9.4 The Trust Plan Administrator has the right to have their representatives review employment records related to the administration of the Association’s provincial benefit program at a Board office during regular business hours upon 30 days written notice.
