Common use of EQUIVALENT Clause in Contracts

EQUIVALENT. For courses from SWCC which have direct course equivalents at Drake, this agreement shows the Drake course with the course number in boldface. CAREER‐TECH: A maximum of 16 semester hours of career‐technical elective credit may be granted at the discretion of the Associate or Assistant ▇▇▇▇ of the Drake college or school in which the student is enrolled. NO CREDIT: ▇▇▇▇▇ will not grant credit for these courses.
