Equivalency. Unless selected otherwise in the Adoption, actual hours shall be used. If selected in the Adoption Agreement, the determination of the number of Hours of Service earned in a Computation Period may be based on the equivalency method specified in the Adoption Agreement instead of counting the actual number of Hours of Service performed.
