Common use of Equity Fund Clause in Contracts

Equity Fund. The CUPE 3903 ▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇ and Unit 3 collective agreements establish an Equity Fund as follows: In 2005-2006 a new Equity Fund will be established . In each year of the collective agreement $10,000 will be allocated to this Fund to be used as matching funds for a CUPE 3903 Employment Equity Officer . An annual report on the disbursement of monies shall be submitted in writing to the Labour/Management Committee . It is agreed that employees in the bargaining unit may receive support from the above-noted CUPE 3903 Employment Equity Officer .
