Common use of Equipment Use Clause in Contracts

Equipment Use. 33 The District shall honor reasonable requests by the Association for the use of facilities and equipment, 34 the use of in-District mail service and making bulletin board space available. The Association shall 35 follow proper District procedures in requesting use of resources. 36 37 Section 2.2.2 Access 38 Representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact Association business on school 39 property and shall follow required check-in/check-out procedures.
