Equipment Modifications. OAI will give the Company at least 90 days' prior notice of modifications to the Equipment that will likely result in incompatibility/ineffectiveness of the Products with respect to the Equipment. The Company shall not be in default hereunder if it is unable to conform the Products to such Equipment modifications.
