Equipment Lease. CUE shall also supply such pagers on a --------------- thirty-six (36) month lease at $*** per month provided that: (a) the Distributor meets the usual commercial credit requirements imposed by third party leasing organizations; and (b) the Distributor meets all the requirements specified in paragraphs 8(a), 8(b) and 8(c).
