Equipment Fees. ✔ Rentals Options per reader – Check one option: Annual Fees Option 1: VeriFone Vx570 with built-in printer (IP network1) $ 300.00 1 Requirements for IP Network Setup • Assign a static IP address for each reader that will be on the merchant network.
