EQUIPMENT, ACCIDENTS AND REPORTS. Section 1. An employee will not be required or assigned to engage in any activity outside of the regular duties for his job classification which involves undue danger to his person or property. Employees who are assigned an activity which they reasonably believe to be unduly dangerous may request a special conference with the Union Xxxxxxx and the Court Administrator (or their respective authorized designees). Such conference shall be convened as soon as possible after the request is made to the Court Administrator.
