Common use of EQUALITY ACT Clause in Contracts

In respect of the use of the Funding the Recipient shall, where appropriate, comply with the Equality Xxx 0000 and all other relevant related statutory and regulatory requirements relating to equal opportunities and shall not treat any person or group of people less favourably than another on the grounds of race, colour, religion, belief, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, nationality, marital status and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity or sexual orientation;
