Equal Holidays Sample Clauses

Equal Holidays. Regardless of days worked or days off, each employee is entitled to the same number of paid holidays per year as would be earned by an employee covered by the holiday schedule in sections A and B above. This section is provided with the intent of assuring equitable treatment for all employees.
