EPIZYME’s Insurance Obligations. EPIZYME shall maintain, at its cost, insurance against liability and other risks associated with its activities and obligations under this Agreement, in such amounts, subject to such deductibles and on such terms as are customary for a company such as EPIZYME for the activities to be conducted by it under this Agreement. EPIZYME shall furnish to EISAI evidence of such insurance upon request.
