Environmental Mitigation. Owner is responsible for wetlands mitigation required by Permits, Applicable Law or Governmental Instrumentalities to be performed on or off the Stage 2 Site. Subject to Applicable Law and Permits. It is anticipated that most such mitigation will take place after the majority of construction by the Contractor has been completed.
