Environmental Impairment Insurance. Covering damage to the environment, both sudden and non-sudden, caused by the emission, disposal, release, seepage, or escape of smoke, vapors, soot, fumes, acids, alkalis, toxic chemicals, liquid or gases, waste materials or other irritants, contaminants or pollutants, into or upon land, the atmosphere or any water course or body of water; or the generation of odor, noises, vibrations, light, electricity, radiation, changes in temperature, or any other sensory phenomena.
