Environmental Damage. Tenant covenants that in addition to normal maintenance, he shall take special care to insure that no damage be caused to the property as a result of his use of the premises. Tenant agrees that if any environmental damage is caused to the property as a result of tenants use, tenant will be responsible for all cleanup costs and damages. This paragraph shall survive the termination of this lease.
