Environmental Controls. The Developer and Tenant shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations. All runoff, noise, odors, dust or other emissions shall meet standards set forth by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. All required permits from federal, state, and local agencies, must be obtained as required.
