Ongoing Communications. We will continue providing appropriate status reports to customers regarding the resolution of the Security Incident, continually work in good faith to correct the Security Incident and to prevent future such Security Incidents. We will cooperate, as reasonably requested by you, in order to further investigate and resolve the Security Incident.
Ongoing Communications. Both parties agree to promptly notify the other of any change of address, email or phone number. Buyer agrees to (a) maintain contact with Breeder regarding the puppy/dog at least once each calendar year, and to reply as promptly as possible to inquiries about the puppy/dog from Breeder; (b) inform Breeder of any titles completed by the puppy/dog as determined by the American Kennel Club or other registr(y)(ies) and (c) inform Breeder of any major change in the health of the puppy/dog throughout the puppy/dog’s life, including, but not limited to, cancer, epilepsy, heart, eye or hearing conditions, allergies, bleeding disorders or autoimmune disease, and behavior problems particularly fear, anxiety or aggression. Buyer will, upon the natural or accidental death of the puppy/dog, promptly notify Breeder of the particulars of the animal’s death.
Ongoing Communications. Genesys will continue providing appropriate status reports to Customer regarding the resolution of the Security Incident and continually work in good faith to correct the Security Incident and prevent future such Security Incidents. Genesys will cooperate, as reasonably requested by Xxxxxxxx, to further investigate and resolve the Security Incident.

Xxxxx agrees to (a) maintain contact with Xxxxxxx regarding the puppy/dog at least once each calendar year, and to reply as promptly as possible to inquiries about the puppy/dog from Breeder (b) inform Xxxxxxxx of any titles completed by the puppy/dog as determined by the AKC or UKC (c) inform Xxxxxxx of any major change in health of the puppy/dog throughout the puppy/dog’s lifetime. (d) Xxxxx will upon the death of puppy/dog, promptly notify Breeder of the particulars of the animals death.
Ongoing Communications. The Ceding Company stationery may be used for all communications with Policyholders of the Administered Business and all other Persons in respect of the Administered Business and the Services. The Ceding Company shall cooperate with the Administrator in connection with the use of the Ceding Company stationery by the Administrator as required pursuant to this Section 2.6, including by providing sample forms (both hard copies and electronic copies) of the Ceding Company stationery to be used in such communications. The Administrator shall not be required to incur any incremental costs or expenses to comply with this Section 2.6 to the extent any changes are required to the Ceding Company’s stationery as a result of changes made by the Ceding Company to its name and trademarks, logos or otherwise and the Ceding Company shall reimburse the Administrator for any such incremental costs and expenses resulting therefrom.
Ongoing Communications. During the period from the date of this Agreement to the Effective Date, Graystone and Tower shall, cause one or more of its designated representatives to confer on a weekly or more frequent basis with representatives of each other regarding its financial condition, operations and business and matters relating to the completion of the transactions contemplated hereby. Within fifteen (15) days of the end of each month, each party shall provide to the other a consolidated balance sheet and statement of operations for each month. As soon as reasonably available, but in no event more than 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter ending after the date of this Agreement, Graystone and Tower will deliver to the other party its quarterly report, and, as soon as reasonably available, but in no event more than 90 days after the end of each fiscal year ended December 31, Graystone and Tower will deliver to the other party its annual report.
Ongoing Communications. During the period from the date of this Agreement to the Effective Date, FLC shall, cause one or more of its designated representatives to confer on a weekly or more frequent basis with representatives of Patriot regarding its financial condition, operations and business and matters relating to the completion of the transactions contemplated hereby. As soon as reasonably available, but in no event more than 45 days after the end of each calendar quarter ending after the date of this Agreement (other than the last quarter of each fiscal year ending December 31) FLC and Patriot will deliver to the other party its quarterly report on Form 10-Q under the Exchange Act, and, as soon as reasonably available, but in no event more than 90 days after the end of each fiscal year ended December 31, FLC and Patriot will deliver to the other party its Annual Report on Form 10-K. In addition, within fifteen (15) days after the end of each month that is not a quarter end, FLC shall deliver to Patriot an interim consolidated balance sheet as of such month end and an income statement for the month and year-to-date then ended.

During the period from the date of this Agreement to the Effective Date, each party shall, upon the request of the other party, cause one or more of its designated representatives to confer on a monthly or more frequent basis with representatives of the other party regarding its financial condition, operations and business and matters relating to the completion of the transactions contemplated hereby. As soon as reasonably available, but in no event more than 45 days after the end of each calendar quarter ending after the date of this Agreement (other than the last quarter of each fiscal year ending December 31) Heritage and BCB will deliver to the other party its quarterly report on Form 10-Q under the Exchange Act, and, as soon as reasonably available, but in no event more than 90 days after the end of each fiscal year ended December 31, Heritage and BCB will deliver to the other party its Annual Report on Form 10-K.
Ongoing Communications. The Administrator shall comply with the terms of the Trademark License Agreement and all Applicable Laws with respect to the use of ILA's name in communications with policyholders, insureds and beneficiaries of the Covered Insurance Policies. ILA shall cooperate with the Administrator in connection therewixx, including by providing sample forms (both hard copies and electronic copies) of the ILA stationary used in communications with policyholders, insurexx and beneficiaries of the Covered Insurance Policies and the Administrator's use of trademarks on the stationary will be governed by the terms of the Trademark License Agreement.
Ongoing Communications. The Recipient and the Administrator acknowledge and agree to the terms and provisions with respect to use of stationary for communications with Policyholders of the Business and all other Persons in respect of the Business and the Administrative Services as set forth on Schedule 2.5.
