The contractor acknowledges that he is working in an environmentally sensitive development and agrees to conform to all environmental controls specified in the document and devised from time to time. It should also be noted that these controls in the form of a Construction Environmental Management Plan form part of the BCHOA for the development and are required to be legally enforced.
