As part of the PMP, Developer shall establish appropriate controls in its management, design, construction/installation, and documentation procedures to ensure that requirements of the ROD, FSEIS, other Environmental Approvals, and Environmental Laws are met and documented, and coordinated with the East End Crossing environmental commitments.
