Common use of Environmental Cleanup Clause in Contracts

Environmental Cleanup. The Borrowers will develop a written action plan addressing those items listed on Exhibit 7.18 which if not addressed would result in a Material Adverse Change, and submit such action plan to the Agent on or before March 15, 1999, such action plan to be reasonably acceptable to the Agent.
