Environmental Audits and Reports. As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, final copies (or the latest draft thereof if no final version is being prepared) of all environmental audits, investigations, analyses and reports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of any member of the Borrower Group or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any portion of any site or operation or with respect to any Environmental Claims;
