Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.
VARIATION TO AGREEMENT 21.1 You agree the NZOC has the right to amend this Agreement at any time prior to the Nomination Date. Any amendment to this Agreement after the Nomination Date, will only be valid if it is in writing and signed by you.
Right to Receive Documentation a. Periodic Statements. Transfers and withdrawals made through any ATM or POS terminal, debit card transactions, audio response transactions, preauthorized EFTs, online/PC transactions, mobile access device transactions or xxxx payments you make will be recorded on your periodic statement. You will receive a statement monthly unless there is no transaction in a particular month. In any case, you will receive a statement at least quarterly.
Right to Receive Documentation of Transfers If you arrange to have direct deposits made to your Account at least once every sixty (60) days from the same person or company, you can call your Financial Advisor to verify such deposits. In addition, you will receive a periodic account statement (in accordance with Section 16 of the Client Agreement) that will show all activity in your Account, including any Transfer.
APPLICABILITY TO SUBCONTRACTORS Respondent agrees that all contracts it awards pursuant to the contract awarded as a result of this Agreement will be bound by the foregoing terms and conditions.
Access to Software Access Rights to Software which is Results shall comprise: Access to the Object Code; and, where normal use of such an Object Code requires an Application Programming Interface (hereafter API), Access to the Object Code and such an API; and, if a Party can show that the execution of its tasks under the Project or the Exploitation of its own Results is technically or legally impossible without Access to the Source Code, Access to the Source Code to the extent necessary.
