This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following receipt of the later note by which the Parties notify each other through diplomatic channels that they have completed their respective domestic procedures for the entry into force of this Agreement.

Entry into Force, Amendment and Termination. 1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following receipt of the later note by which 1 January, 2015, after the Parties notify each other one another through diplomatic channels that they have completed of the completion of their respective domestic procedures internal legal requirements necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement. It shall remain in force until the end of 2024 and beyond, unless terminated pursuant to paragraph 4 of this Article.
