Entry for Operation Sample Clauses

Entry for Operation. The Owner grants to the Operator the right to enter upon, occupy, and have possession of the Premises for the Term for the purpose of operating them to mill precious metal bearing ores and the Operator accepts the Premises and agrees to carry on Operations in the Premises and produce and deliver Product, on and subject to the covenants, agreements, terms and conditions of this Agreement.
