Common use of Entries Binding Clause in Contracts

Entries Binding. The Administrative Agent will render and deliver a statement of the Register monthly to the Borrowers and each Lender. All entries on any such statement shall, fifteen (15) days after the same is sent, be presumed to be correct and shall constitute prima facie evidence of the information contained in such statement. The Borrowers and the Lenders shall have the express right to rebut such presumption by conclusively demonstrating the existence of an error on the part of the Administrative Agent.
