Common use of ENTIRE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATIONS Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATIONS. This Contract and its Attachments constitute the entire agreement of the Parties and are intended as a complete and exclusive statement of the promises, representations, negotiations, discussions, and other agreements that may have been made in connection with the subject matter hereof. Any additional or conflicting terms in such Attachments shall be harmonized with this Contract to the extent possible. Unless an Attachment specifically displays a mutual intent to amend part of this Contract, conflicts in language shall be construed consistently with the terms of this Contract. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Contract may only be amended by a mutual, written agreement executed by the Parties’ authorized representatives.
