Common use of Entire Agreement; Survival Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Survival. (a) This Agreement, and the documents referred to in it, constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties and supersede any previous agreements made or existing between the Parties or any of them before or simultaneously with this Agreement and relating to the subject matter of this Agreement (all of which shall be deemed to have been terminated by mutual consent with effect from the date of this Agreement).

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the HEMP Share Purchase Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

(a) This AgreementAgreement among the parties contains, and the documents referred to in itis intended as, constitute the entire agreement and understanding a complete statement of all of the Parties terms and supersede agreements among the parties with respect to the matters provided for herein and supersedes any previous agreements made or existing between and understandings among the Parties or parties with respect to those matters. All of the representations, warranties, covenants and agreements of each of the parties contained in this Agreement and/or in any related document shall survive the execution, delivery and performance of them before or simultaneously with this Agreement and relating to the subject matter of this Agreement (all of which shall be deemed to have been terminated by mutual consent with effect from the date of this Agreement)each related document.
