Common use of Entire Agreement; Survival Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Survival. This Agreement, together with the agreements and other documents referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement among the Parties pertaining to the transactions contemplated hereby and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, of the Parties pertaining thereto. The provisions of this Agreement (including the representations and warranties hereunder) shall survive the initial closing of the IPO, and shall continue indefinitely.
