Common use of ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND BINDING EFFECT Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND BINDING EFFECT. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties to this Agreement and their respective legal representatives, heirs, distributors, successors and assigns. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no prior agreements between the Executive and the Company relating to the confidentiality of information, trade secrets and patents shall be affected by this Agreement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no all prior agreements between the Executive Employee and the Company relating to the confidentiality of information, trade secrets and patents shall not be affected by this Agreement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no all prior agreements agreements, if any, between the Executive and the Company relating to the confidentiality of information, trade secrets and patents shall not be affected by this Agreement.
