Enterprise Apps. If you provide any Enterprise App(s) (as defined in Exhibit B) to your Personnel (as defined in Exhibit B) directly (as opposed to acquiring and distributing Apps to users through the Microsoft Store for Business and Microsoft Store for Education), you are subject to and agree to the terms set forth in Exhibit B to this Agreement.
