ENROLMENT. 2.1 You are required to provide particular information about your child during the enrolment procedure, both at the application stage and if the school offers your child a place. Please note that lodgement of the enrolment form does not guarantee enrolment at the school. If the information requested is not provided, we may not be able to enrol your child.
ENROLMENT. In order to have payment of tuition fees waived, employees will require an authorized Tuition Fee Waiver Form each term. This can be obtained from the Organizational Development and Learning Unit in Human Resources. Forward the signed Tuition Fee Waiver form to the Fee Payment section of the Office of the University Registrar. Note: Each employee will be required to pay her/his tuition fee if a completed Tuition Fee Waiver form is not on file in the Office of the University Registrar. The same application/registration procedure is required of employees as for any other student. Employees are directed to contact the appropriate Faculty Office or the Office of the University Registrar with any questions. Exclusions Student Activity Fees, Admission Fees, Late Registration Fees, material, lab, administration or any other ancillary fees are not covered under this Appendix. The payment of any of these fees is the responsibility of the employee. Employees enrolled in undergraduate and/or graduate courses will be assessed activity fees by the respective student governments (Alma Mater Society, Society of Graduate & Professional Students). Opting out/payment of these fees is the responsibility of the employee. These fees are not covered under this Appendix.
ENROLMENT. To begin the enrolment process, you must complete the registration process for one or more of the Services. By registering for or using the Services you confirm that you did not rely on any oral or written representations made by employees of Amazon and/or any of its affiliates and that you chose the service based on your own due diligence and consideration. Use of the Services is limited to parties that can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law (for example, a particular Amazon Site Country may not allow minors to use the Services). As part of the application, you must provide us with your (or your business') legal name, Primary Place of Business address, phone number and e- mail address, as well as any other information we may request. Any personal data you provide to us will be handled in accordance with Amazon’s Privacy Notice.

Questions about registration requirements should be directed to the appropriate Faculty office.
ENROLMENT. (a) All permanent full-time employees hired on, or after, November 11, 2009 including current employees hired into permanent full- time positions, shall be enrolled in the IIP in accordance with the provisions of this Article.
ENROLMENT. In order to receive the Scholarship, the Recipient is required to fully register and enrol in the Graduate Programme within two weeks of the programme’s published start date, and to remain enrolled for the duration of the Scholarship. Failing to enrol after two weeks following the Programme’s published start date without acceptable justification will lead to the withdrawal of the Scholarship.
ENROLMENT. 4.9.1 The enrolment of participants shall commence after the date of settlement legislation.
