Common use of Enrollment Date Clause in Contracts

Enrollment Date. The Site understands and agrees that if Site has not enrolled at least one (1) Study Subject by the Key Enrollment Date then IQVIA or/and Sponsor may terminate this Agreement in accordance with Section 15 “Term & Termination”. Sponsor/IQVIA has the right to limit enrollment at any time.
