Enrollment Date. The first day of each month; provided, however, that in any case where pursuant to Section 3.1(1) the Administrative Committee has provided for separate elections to reduce Base Compensation and Bonus Compensation, “Enrollment Date” with respect to Bonus Compensation shall mean the date designated by the Administrative Committee, which date shall not be later than the day before the date that such Bonus Compensation is determined.
