ENHANCED MEASURES Sample Clauses
The Enhanced Measures clause requires parties to implement additional safeguards or procedures beyond standard requirements to address specific risks or concerns. In practice, this may involve adopting stricter security protocols, conducting more frequent audits, or applying heightened due diligence in certain transactions or operations. The core function of this clause is to ensure a higher level of protection or compliance in situations where ordinary measures may be insufficient, thereby mitigating potential risks and enhancing overall reliability.
ENHANCED MEASURES. Permittee will timely and promptly comply with any orders and directives (“Enhanced Measures”) related to the health and safety of airport users that may be instituted, in any form (directives, Executive Orders, St. Louis County orders, ordinances, etc.). Examples of Enhanced Measures include, but are not necessarily limited to:
1. Enhanced security procedures. Permittee acknowledges that it will comply with any enhanced security procedures instituted by the Transportation Security Administration, the FAA, and / or other state and local officials. Examples of these enhances procedures include, but are not necessarily limited to, employee screening procedures, security badging changes, and access control adjustments;
