Enhanced Matching Contribution Formula. The Employer shall make an enhanced Matching Contribution under a formula that provides (i) that the rate of Matching Contributions does not increase as an Employee’s rate of Elective Deferrals, Catch-up Contributions and Voluntary After-Tax Contributions increases, and (ii) the aggregate amount of Matching Contributions at any rate of Elective Deferrals, Catch-up Contributions and Voluntary After-Tax Contributions is at least equal to the aggregate amount of Matching Contributions which would be made under the basic Matching Contribution formula described above: 100% of Elective Deferrals, Catch-up Contributions and Voluntary After-Tax Contributions on base pay only up to 6% Compensation.
