English Language Learners. a) The School will provide programs such as English for Speakers of other Languages (ESOL) and services for English Language Learners (ELL) students according to Florida Statute and Florida State Board of Education Rules to meet the requirements of the Consent Decree entered in Lulac, et al. v. State Board of Education and related rules of the State Board of Education in Chapter 6A-6.
