Engineering Drawings. The contractor shall prepare and submit product drawings and associated lists as ICDs for both the system and test equipment at the spare part/assembly-level that assure 100% form, fit, and function interchangeability for the FWS-I. The FWS-I Engineering Drawings are a deliverable under CDRL-F002. The ICDs shall contain sufficient information to permit successful completion of the PCA/FCA. The ICDs shall include:
Engineering Drawings. Landlord shall cause the engineering working drawings for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-alarm and fire sprinkler work in the Premises (the “Engineering Drawings”) to (a) be prepared by one or more of the Architect, the Contractor, and/or engineers or other consultants selected and/or retained by the Architect, the Contractor or Landlord, and (b) conform to the Approved Space Plan, the Approved Additional Programming Information, the first sentence of Section 4 below, and any then-existing Approved Architectural Drawings (collectively, the “Engineering Requirements”). Engineering Drawings that conform to the Engineering Requirements shall be referred to herein as “Approved Engineering Drawings”.

The Owner covenants and agrees that the intent of this Agreement is that the Owner shall construct fully completed Works and Services, and grant all necessary statutory right(s)-of-way as shown in the Drawings and Specifications prepared by: Under Drawing Nos. and as approved in principle for the purposes of this Agreement by the CSRD Manager of Environment and Engineering Services on the day of , 20 . Engineering Drawings. The Owner will not commence the construction of the Works until the Owner has submitted the plans and specifications for the Works to the City and the City Engineer has approved the plans and specifications for the Works (the approved plans and specifications are the “Engineering Drawings”).
Engineering Drawings. General layout drawings will be submitted to the Buyer for approval and the Buyer will be asked to approve or comment on these drawings in regard to the scope of the work and overall dimensions. Approval by Xxxxx does not relieve Seller of obligation to perform to all the other specifications of this agreement. In the event of interference, the Buyer will be responsible for supplying Seller with information that will eliminate interferences of Seller's Equipment with other equipment, piping and wiring. Layout drawings will be used for the preparation of fabrication drawings after they are returned with the Buyer's approval or comments. All additional engineering and/or drafting costs required to revise layout drawings and manufacturing drawings as a result of changes requested by Xxxxx after initial approval will be invoiced to the Buyer at Seller's prevailing per hour rates. Increases in manufacturing costs that result from such changes will be presented to the Buyer for approval of Seller's increased price before work commences.
Engineering Drawings. The radio shelter contractor shall prepare and submit for approval, engineering drawings of the shelter depicting its overall dimensions, electrical layout and floor plan, as part of the SDD. These drawings will be used, as required, for obtaining zoning and building permits. A Registered Professional Engineer licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will seal drawings.
Engineering Drawings. The Emergency Generator contractor shall prepare and submit for approval, engineering drawings sets for the emergency generator. These specific drawings shall be as follows; >> Interconnection Wiring Schematic Diagrams >> Alarm Wiring Schematic Drawings GENERATOR INSTALLATION All installation work performed shall be in accordance with laws, regulations and ordinances of all State, Local, and Federal agencies. The contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel, tools, equipment, and transportation for the installation of all equipment provided per the RFP specification. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to provide a turnkey installation of the provided equipment. Optimization, trouble shooting, and adjustment of each subsystem shall be the contractors responsibility. GENERATOR WARRANTY A no deductible warranty that provides for on site service by a factory authorized service contractor shall be provided. This warranty shall provide coverage against all defects in materials and workmanship as defined in Rider F - Warranty and Maintenance. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES The generator system contractor shall have turnkey responsibility for the delivery, installation and acceptance testing of the generators. In order to develop a complete and operational system, the points of demarcation between systems and all contractors is critical to the system implementation process. Therefore, the Generator Contractor's responsibilities are defined. The Contractor's Responsibilities listed apply to those commodities and subsystems included in each approved Site Design Document. Contractors shall follow good engineering practices in the preparation, administration, implementation, inspection and acceptance of each individual subsystem at the designated sites. The Site Development Contractor shall be the responsible party for site management and act as the general site manager for all construction and coordination between contractors, vendors and the Commonwealth until Final Site Acceptance by the Commonwealth. The Contractors shall comply with the following representative sequence and order of subsystem installations.
Engineering Drawings. Supplier shall furnish all central office base drawings to Buyer within the periods specified elsewhere in this Agreement; provided that final central office base drawings shall be provided to Buyer no later than two (2) weeks after Supplier's issuance of the Completion Report. Whenever engineering Services result in changes, additions to or removal of existing equipment, Supplier shall xxxx and return the existing central office base drawings where Supplier does not perform central office records maintenance functions for Buyer. Any drawing such as interface drawings prepared by Supplier as a result of or in contemplation of Services provided under this Agreement and paid for by Buyer shall be and remain Buyer's property. Engineering Drawings. HPEC's Technical Representative shall be provided with a copy of all engineering plans, specifications and drawings for the Processor. All engineering plans, specifications and drawings for the Processor are the property of HET.
