Common use of Engineering Drawings Clause in Contracts

Engineering Drawings. Landlord shall cause the engineering working drawings for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-alarm and fire sprinkler work in the Premises (the “Engineering Drawings”) to (a) be prepared by one or more of the Architect, the Contractor, and/or engineers or other consultants selected and/or retained by the Architect, the Contractor or Landlord, and (b) conform to the Approved Space Plan, the Approved Additional Programming Information, the first sentence of Section 4 below, and any then-existing Approved Architectural Drawings (collectively, the “Engineering Requirements”). Engineering Drawings that conform to the Engineering Requirements shall be referred to herein as “Approved Engineering Drawings”.

Engineering Drawings that conform to the Engineering Requirements shall be referred to herein as “Approved Engineering Drawings”. The Approved Architectural Drawings and the Approved Engineering Drawings are collectively referred to herein as the “Approved Construction Drawings.
