Common use of Enforcement/Severability Clause in Contracts

Enforcement/Severability. Buyer’s failure to enforce any provisions of this purchase order or any other right or option available to it will not be construed as a waiver of such provisions, rights, or options or in any way to affect the validity of this purchase order. In the event that any one or more of the provisions are for any reason held invalid or unenforceable in any respect, that does not affect any other provision of this purchase order and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
