Enforcement of Security. Upon, at any time after the occurrence of, and during the continuance of an Event of Default the Collateral Agent shall be entitled to put into force and exercise immediately, without further notice to the Chargor (without prejudice to the notice of default under section 11 of the Credit Agreement), as and when it may see fit, any and every power possessed by it by virtue of this Charge and, in particular (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing):
