Common use of Enforceable Clause in Contracts

Enforceable. This Agreement has been duly executed and delivered by the Purchaser and constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation, enforceable against it in accordance with its terms, subject only to bankruptcy, insolvency and other similar Laws affecting creditors’ rights generally, and to the discretion that a court may exercise in granting equitable remedies.

Enforceable. This Agreement has been duly executed and delivered by the Purchaser and constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation, agreement of the Purchaser enforceable against it the Purchaser in accordance with its terms, terms subject only to (i) any limitation on enforcement under Laws relating to bankruptcy, insolvency and winding-up, insolvency, reorganization, arrangement or other similar Laws Law affecting the enforcement of creditors’ ' rights generally, and to (ii) the discretion that a court may exercise in the granting of equitable remediesremedies such as specific performance and injunction.
