ENERGY USAGE RECORDS AND DATA. The County has furnished or shall furnish or cause its energy suppliers to furnish to the Contractor upon its request, all records and complete data regarding energy usage for the Facilities. This shall include the following data for the most current twenty-four (24) month period: utility records, occupancy information; descriptions of any changes in the building structure or its heating, cooling, lighting or other Systems; descriptions of all energy management procedures presently utilized. It is agreed and understood the County is making no warranty as to accuracy or correctness of the data supplied under this Section.
