ENERGY USAGE RECORDS AND DATA. Department has furnished and shall continue to furnish (or authorize its energy suppliers to furnish) during the term of this SOW to QESP or its designee, upon its request, all of its records and complete data concerning energy and water usage and related maintenance for the Project Site(s).
ENERGY USAGE RECORDS AND DATA. Agency shall furnish (or cause its energy suppliers to furnish) to ESCO, upon its request, all of its records and complete data concerning energy usage and energy-related maintenance for the Premises described in Exhibits A and B including the following data for the most current twenty four (24) month period; utility records; occupancy information; descriptions of any changes in the building structure or its heating, cooling, lighting or other systems or energy requirements; descriptions of all energy consuming or saving equipment used in the Premises; bills and records relating to maintenance of energy-related equipment, and a description of energy management procedures presently utilized, if not provided under the Technical Energy and Water Savings Audit. If requested, Agency shall also provide any prior energy audits of the Premises, and copies of Agency's financial statements and records related to energy usage and operations for said thirty-six (36) month period at said Premises, and shall make agents and employees familiar with such records available for consultations and discussions with XXXX.

Customer has furnished or shall furnish (or cause its energy suppliers to furnish) to RES, all of its available records and data concerning energy usage and energy-related maintenance for the Premises, including the following data for the most current twelve (12) month period; utility records; occupancy information; descriptions of any changes in the building structure or its heating, cooling, lighting or other systems or energy requirements; descriptions of all energy consuming or saving equipment used in the Premises; bills and records relating to maintenance of energy-related equipment, and a description of energy management procedures presently utilized. If requested, Customer shall also provide any prior energy audits of the Premises, and copies of Customer's financial statements and records related to energy usage and operations for said twelve (12) month period at said Premises, and shall make agents and employees familiar with such records available for consultations and discussions with RES.

It is agreed and understood the County is making no warranty as to accuracy or correctness of the data supplied under this Section.

If requested, the School District shall also provide any prior energy audits of the Premises, and copies of the School District's financial statements and records related to energy usage and operations for said thirty-six (36) month period at said Premises, and shall make agents and employees familiar with such records available for consultations and discussions with ESCO. Any information or documentation provided by the School District to the ESCO relating to the Premises is provided only for the convenience of the ESCO. The School District makes no representation or warranty as to the sufficiency, completeness, or accuracy of any information submitted to the ESCO.

The ESCO agrees to input utility data continuously into the Energy Star Portfolio Manager or other approved system until the Measurement and Verification period is complete, and to share this data with the Customer and the KCC electronically. Any alternate system must allow the Customer to take over full use without ESCO involvement.
