If requested, Agency shall also provide any prior energy audits of the Premises, and copies of Agency's financial statements and records related to energy usage and operations for said thirty-six (36) month period at said Premises, and shall make agents and employees familiar with such records available for consultations and discussions with ESCO.

(e) bills and records relating to maintenance of energy-related equipment, and a description of energy management procedures presently utilized. If requested, the School District shall also provide any prior energy audits of the Premises, and copies of the School District's financial statements and records related to energy usage and operations for said thirty-six (36) month period at said Premises, and shall make agents and employees familiar with such records available for consultations and discussions with ESCO. Any information or documentation provided by the School District to the ESCO relating to the Premises is provided only for the convenience of the ESCO. The School District makes no representation or warranty as to the sufficiency, completeness, or accuracy of any information submitted to the ESCO.

At a minimum, there should be 24 months of data made available, however, 36 months is recommended. Existing facility conditions, operations and equipment needs to be carefully recorded to establish an accurate baseline. This will serve as a record of your buildings as they were configured prior to project installation and will be critical to the establishment and adjustment of baseline, and measurement of savings. As well, any prior technical studies and/or energy audits should also be made available for the Contractor’s review and verification.

The Department has provided the ESCO with the readily available benchmarking data, drawings, specifications, and other documentation in the Department's possession concerning the Premises, Sites, and Site Electrical Systems and shall continue to provide such drawings, specifications, and other documentation, where readily available, that ESCO may reasonably require to develop and complete detailed designs for each System. There may be cases where drawings, specifications, and other documentation of the District government property do not exist, and the ESCO may need to either do without or create said documentation. For this purpose, the Department has provided ESCO with reasonable access to the Premises and the Sites to verify field conditions and has made and shall make appropriate staff reasonably available to answer questions and provide information required by ESCO to support the detailed design process.
