ENERGY USAGE RECORDS AND DATA. Agency has furnished and shall continue to furnish (or authorize its energy suppliers to furnish) during the Term of this Contract to Contractor or its designee, upon its request, all of its records and complete data concerning energy and water usage and related maintenance for the Project Site(s).
