Endorsement Requirement Clause Samples
The Endorsement Requirement clause mandates that certain actions, documents, or agreements must receive formal approval or support from a specified party, often in writing, before they become valid or effective. In practice, this could mean that an insurance policy is not considered active until it is endorsed by the insurer, or that contract amendments require a signed endorsement from both parties. This clause ensures that all relevant stakeholders explicitly agree to changes or conditions, thereby preventing unauthorized modifications and maintaining clear, mutual consent.
Endorsement Requirement. Prior to scanning any item through the Remote Deposit Capture Services, you are to restrictively endorse the original item “For Remote Deposit Only, Alaska Air Group Credit Union, account # ”, check the Remote Deposit box, or as otherwise instructed by us.
