Common use of End User Data Clause in Contracts

ALM Works may collect, through Software or Website, various information related to the Licensee’s usage of Software and further aggregate and analyze it in order to improve ALM Works’ products and services. We may collect or receive from one of our Authorized Resellers personal data relative to Licensee including individual user names, company name (if any), physical or email addresses, and phone numbers (“End User Data”). End User Data will only be used for purposes of providing and improving the functionality and user experience of the Software. The collection, storage and analysis of End User Data is performed in accordance with ALM Work’s Privacy Policy, published on the Website and updated from time to time.
