End User Data. End User hereby grants Licensor a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free and paid up, sublicensable, transferable, non-exclusive license to collect and use End User Data to provide the BDR Services, and to develop, maintain and improve the BDR Services and other products and services of Licensor and of its affiliates. “End User Data” means data regarding End User’s use of the Licensed Software and receipt of the BDR Services (including without limitation reports produced by Licensor for End User), and all feedback provided by or on behalf of End User regarding the Licensed Software or the BDR Services. End User represents, warrants and covenants to secure all third-party consents as may be required for the foregoing license grants to Licensor. The foregoing licenses apply to any End User Data collected or delivered before or after the Effective Date.
End User Data. If you collect, use, or process personal information through your Developer Software, you must: (A) comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations; (B) post a privacy notice that you make easily accessible to End Users in your listing on Adobe Exchange (or other channel approved by us) and from within your Developer Software in which notice you clearly describe your practices for collecting, using, and processing End User personal information, including any sharing with third parties; (C) respect your End Users’ privacy and adhere to your privacy notice commitments; and (D) immediately delete any End User’s content or other information, including tokens, upon request by that End User or us or when that End User closes his or her account with you.

End User represents, warrants and covenants to secure all third-party consents as may be required for the foregoing license grants to Licensor. The foregoing licenses apply to any End User Data collected or delivered before or after the Effective Date.
End User Data. 4.1 The End User shall own all right, title and interests in and to all of the End User Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the End User Data.
End User Data. You hereby consent, and consent on behalf of Your End Users, to Company providing End User Data to RIM solely for the purpose of Company providing Services to You and RIM providing Services to Company.
End User Data. 6.1 Any and all identifying information regarding HP Pavilion Desktop PC End Users (including but not limited to personal names, addresses, telephone and social security numbers, or other identifying information) collected by Adaptec through their Web Site (the "HP End User Information") will be deemed to be Confidential Information of HP and subject to Section 9 ("Confidential Information) hereof. Adaptec will have the limited and restricted right to use the HP End User Information solely in connection with registration of and provision of the Services to such end users and for future Services offered for marketing purposes consistent with promotion defined herein. For the purpose of this SOW, when a HP Pavilion Desktop PC End User elects to register their information to take advantage of any further Adaptec: products, services, or by electing to receive additional information, such person becomes an Adaptec Customer. Any information provided by such customer is subject solely to the Adaptec policies attached here to as Exhibit "F". Adaptec hereby agrees to indemnify and hold HP harmless of and from any and all claims, suits, judgments, or proceedings arising out of any claim that HP End User Information or Other End User Information has been collected, distributed, or otherwise used by Adaptec in a manner that violates the representations made to the customer in Adaptec's privacy policy concerning such information ("Adaptec Privacy Policy"). Such Adaptec: Privacy Policy is currently in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F. Adaptec may amend the Adaptec: Privacy Policy from time to time without notice to HP as long as the substantive protections in the terms of any amended Adaptec Privacy Policy are as protective of the information as the term of the Adaptec Privacy Policy as referenced hereto.
End User Data. All right, title, and interest in any XxxxxxxXxxx.xxx End-User Data, including without limitation, usage data and registration information, shall be held jointly by Dell and XxxxxxxXxxx.xxx. All right, title, and interest in any XxxxxxxXxxx.xxx End-User Data, including, without limitation, usage data and registration information, shall be held jointly Dell and XxxxxxxXxxx.xxx.
End User Data. Personal Data of End-Users is required in order to perform the Services and will only be processed for the purposes of communication transmission, customer support, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations of MessageBird.

ALM Works may collect, through Software or Website, various information related to the Licensee’s usage of Software and further aggregate and analyze it in order to improve ALM Works’ products and services. We may collect or receive from one of our Authorized Resellers personal data relative to Licensee including individual user names, company name (if any), physical or email addresses, and phone numbers (“End User Data”). End User Data will only be used for purposes of providing and improving the functionality and user experience of the Software. The collection, storage and analysis of End User Data is performed in accordance with ALM Work’s Privacy Policy, published on the Website and updated from time to time.
