Common use of End User Consent Clause in Contracts

End User Consent. Customer acknowledges that Augmetec is not required to verify whether Customer has duly provided any prior information or notification to its employees, agents, directors, consultants or other end users. Where required by Applicable Data Protection Law, Customer will ensure that it has duly obtained (or will duly obtain) any required consent and complies with all applicable requirements under Applicable Data Protection Law with respect to the Data disclosed to and processed by Augmetec under this Addendum, and Customer shall bear all liability in such circumstances.
