Encounter Data Accuracy. As with data completeness, MCPs are responsible for assuring the collection and submission of accurate data to ODJFS. Failure to do so jeopardizes MCPs’ performance, credibility and, if not corrected, will be assumed to indicate a failure in actual performance.
