SUBMISSION OF PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT DATA Clause Samples
The 'Submission of Performance Measurement Data' clause requires a party to provide specific data or reports that track and evaluate their performance under the agreement. Typically, this involves submitting regular updates or metrics—such as progress reports, key performance indicators, or compliance statistics—to the other party or a designated authority. By mandating the timely and accurate delivery of performance data, this clause ensures transparency, enables effective monitoring, and helps both parties assess whether contractual obligations are being met.
